I met Dr. Sparano through him, and also saw several plastic surgeons for rhinoplasty consultations. Dr. Sparano spent a lot of time with me. My consultations with him were very different from my others. He very carefully explained things to me in detail. I was very comfortable with him. More importantly, I was very confident with him. His before and after photos are impressive. I also know someone else he operated on and she had a great result. I knew he'd be very careful and would accomplish the goals the way we described.
