Dr Sparano performed a facelift on me. My concern was mostly my neck which has changed much over recently. He was confident and this relieved my nerves going into the surgery. He spent a lot of time with me before my surgery and patiently explained everything I would experience, and we agreed on the goals of the surgery. The surgery went well and I was pleased with the recovery, especially since I was well prepared due to Dr. Sparano's detailed instructions. My face looks great and my neck looks better than I had even imagined. Dr. Sparano did a great job and I would definitely recommend him to others.
