2 years ago we worked with Dr.Sparano for my son. He was born with large ears that were unfolded(?). My son had surgery with Dr. Sparano to fix them and the result turned out great. We were very grateful then. Then recently my father had a large skin cancer on his cheek right near his eye. He was referred to Dr. Sparano who did an amazing surgery I still can't believe. Dr. Sparano is a very talented surgeon and a genuinely nice guy. We've been extremely pleased with him as our surgeon.
