I was referred by another plastic surgeon to Dr.Sparano for rhinoplasty, which said a lot to me. I researched other docs too including ones in the city, but really liked Dr. Sparano. His credentials are impressive and his bedside manner is special. I cannot say it any better than "I'm very Happy!" I was nervous before but everything went well and I'm 5 months out from my surgery and love my nose. My sister is now planning to have a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sparano. I definitely recommend him.
