I had a skin cancer removed and Dr. Sparano was my plastic surgeon. I have had multiple skin cancers and multiple plastic surgeons in my past. He is by far the best I have worked with. I am extremely pleased with his work, but also with his patience and willingness to see me after my surgeries. His Staff is very good. I've had mixed feelings about some of my plastic surgeons in the past. After I met him, I knew he was my new plastic surgeon! For the past several years I wanted to have a facelift but was scared to death of a bad result. I spent a lot of time with Dr. Sparano in consultation and he reassurred me we could accomplish the goals I wanted to. I was confident in him and went ahead with the surgery. I again am very happy with my result. I have healed exactly as he had explained and exactly as I hoped. I don't look like a different person but instead like a younger version of me. I definitely recommend this doctor and his staff.
