I am very happy with my result and my experience. I would recommend this practice to others. Dr. Sparano promises a natural looking nose. That was one major concern for me. But I also wanted a great result. He delivered on both ends. The staff is great, and the private patient advisors who help you through the process are great and really have your best interest in mind. This practice should be on your list of visits if you're thinking about rhinoplasty.
