I have had multiple surgeries by other physicians. By far my best work was done by Dr. Sparano. He is a caring doctor who you can tell loves what he does. My wife and I tell everyone about him. He even gives you his cellphone to call with any questions, although I probably shouldn't say that. We are delighted to have such an outstanding surgeon in our area.
