I am 1 year out from rhinoplasty and just returned from my first year in college. Having the surgery was a huge confidence booster for me going into school, because of my concerns with my nose. I am very happy with my result and my experience. I would recommend this practice to others. Dr. Sparano promises a natural looking nose. That was one major concern for me. But I also wanted a great result. He delivered on both ends. The staff is great, and the private patient advisors who help you through the process are great and really have your best interest in mind. This practice should be on your list of visits if you're thinking about rhinoplasty.

Review:

I always say Dr. Sparano saved my face. I had a skin cancer one dermatologist removed but couldn’t totally get out. So he sent me to another dermatologist who removed it and I was missing half of my lip, cheek and nose. I am pretty young with young children and I was absolutely devastated. My last dermatologist sent me to Dr. Sparano for reconstruction. I cannot tell you enough how great a job he did. I don’t know how he did it, but he saved my face and deserves the highest of compliments for this. Thank you Dr. Sparano. I will never stop appreciating what you’ve done for me.

I saw Dr. Sparano from a referral from my family actually. He did a skin cancer surgery on my mother that was unbelievable. Soon after I heard about him from someone else so I bought in! I had my eyelids done and injections and couldn't be happier. My sister's daughter had her nose done and her whole confidence level changed. She looks great and her nose is very natural. Credit is deserved when credit is due. He's a very good surgeon and seems like a kind man who truly cares about his patients. I recommend him to many.

Dr. Sparano performed a mini lift on my 65 yr old wrinkled face. The outcome was exactly what I had hoped for, a natural but definitely improved appearance. The surgery was done under local anesthesia which Dr. Sparano had recommended; keeping the cost down and with minimal discomfort and no visible scaring. I was glad I chose a facial plastic surgeon & would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.
